According to the official statutory regulation 16 CFR Part 1110, GCC is a legally binding self-compliance declaration for U.S. domestic importers or manufacturers, possessing exclusive legal validity. According to the 2026 CPSC electronic reporting data specifications, a valid GCC must fully complete seven structured statutory information categories: 

• Product model number and unique batch code, 

• Precisely aligned with the 16 CFR regulations, 

• U.S. side issues complete business information of the company, 

• Test the custodian's valid contact information, 

• Place of origin and production date 

• Test time and laboratory information, 

• Complete batch traceability instructions. 

The system does not accept generic templates, blank fields, or vague language.
